All services are performed on a best-effort basis by an independent, unlicensed sole operator. Handyman Danny makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or the elimination of any condition including but not limited to animal activity, plant regrowth, or property damage. Customer assumes all risk associated with the condition of their property before, during, and after service. Handyman Danny's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
1. Services
Handyman Danny provides outdoor property maintenance services in Murrieta, California and surrounding areas. Services include property cleanup, brush clearing, weed removal, junk removal, yard maintenance, grove and acreage care, gopher mesh installation, snake barrier installation on existing fence lines, and related custom outdoor work. This is not a landscaping, pest control, or contractor service.
All services are performed on a per-job or ongoing basis with no long-term contracts required. Scope of work and pricing are agreed upon before any work begins.
2. Estimates and pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
3. Scheduling and cancellations
Jobs are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting (951) 297-7414. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate property access and describing conditions honestly
Securing pets before and during service
Notifying us of any known hazards on the property
Payment at time of service completion unless otherwise agreed
5. Limitation of liability
Handyman Danny will perform all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by factors outside our control, acts of nature, animal activity, or consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.
